Corporate Compliance Associate |
|
| |
As
a vital member of the Compliance Team, the Corporate Compliance
Associate, with minimal direction, plans, executes, and
manages a variety of technical, investigative, and educational
projects in the annual compliance work plan. These include
ongoing review of compliance policies and procedures, as
well as monitoring activities by conducting and/or facilitating
audits, analyzing outcomes, and communicating findings,
as appropriate.
Audits include coding, medical documentation,
privacy and general compliance with hospital policies, as
well as federal and state rules and regulations. The Corporate
Compliance Associate will also maintain the compliance issue
database and prepare audit statistics for tracking and trending
purposes.
Other responsibilities include preparing and presenting
audit reports with management to develop corrective action
plans, as well as leading and managing multi-department
cross functional teams to advance the overall goals and
objectives of the Corporate Compliance Program, and other
business unit specific compliance programs/ initiatives.
In addition, the Corporate Compliance Associate ensures
that plans of correction in response to identified compliance
issues are completed on a timely basis; maintains a high
level of competency related to compliance by attending appropriate
workshops and seminars; and monitors federal and state rules
and regulations for compliance related changes that may
impact the organization.

join our dynamic team. Bronx-Lebanon’s
ER is one of the best and busiest in the New York metropolitan area,
with 136,000 visits annually.
ER nurses are responsible for managing the care
of adult or pediatric patients experiencing life-threatening problems and
requiring complex assessment and needed intervention.
ACLS, BCLS, PALS, IV Certification and BSN are required. Previous ER experience,
as well as CEN (National Certification in Emergency Room nursing) is preferred.
